Meet Angie — Your Rebounding Educator

Hi, I’m Angie. I’m 53, and like many of you, I’m navigating menopause, osteoarthritis, and the changes that come with midlife. I know what it feels like to struggle with joint pain, low energy, and the need for movement that heals instead of hurts.

I found that answer in rebounding — and I’ve been teaching it since I was 25. With over 27 years of experience in fitness and physical therapy, I’ve seen firsthand how this simple, joyful practice can transform health at every age.

Through my YouTube channel, Patreon challenges, and Facebook communities, I share safe workouts and ongoing encouragement to help you feel supported, strong, and never alone on your journey. If rebounding can give me strength, energy, and hope through life’s changes — it can do the same for you. 💜
